Well... At least I didn't gain weight! My woman made lazagna and it took everything I had to not go to town and eat it all. Self-Control...

Well... I gained some weight. Talk about discouraging... I exercised again today. Ran 2 miles in 17 minutes.

I started to document everything I eat. The theory is, if I spend (burn) more calories than I take in, it will spur weight loss. The key to knowing what I take in is by writing it down. I have also tried to incorporate more fruit into my diet. Tonight, we went to the farmers market and got some goodies (pears/ strawberries/ apples/ salads).

I also 'worked out' this morning. I went to our apartment-complex gym and ran for a mile. I had a bad case of IBS, ran back to the apartment just in time to drop a load, then went back to run another mile and pump the lead.

I'm back at it again. The weight loss thing. I think we have all been there before. If not - I hate you. So here's the 'deets' - I am 26yrs old, and am about 15lbs away from my ideal body weight. Early last year, I had reached a whopping body weight of 170.
